Thick Dessert Crust
3 cups almonds, soaked
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
1 ½ cups dates, pitted
Process the almonds and sunflower seeds in a food processor. Use the S blade. Add the raisins and process until they are blended in. Add the dates, a few at a time, until the mixture holds together and has a sticky dough-like consistency. Press into a 9-inch pie pan. Either dehydrate for 1 hour or use the crust immediately.
